Grind Announces Launch of New Coworking Wellness Program
We announced on Tuesday the launch of GrindLife, a first-of-its-kind wellness program for the Grind community. The initiative, rolling out this summer, will center around nutrition, meditation, exercise, and mindfulness, and is rooted in the philosophy that business productivity stems from greater health, happiness and connection. Spearheading GrindLife is the company’s new Consulting Chief Wellness Officer, John Kalinowski in collaboration with Grind’s Director of Community, Cassidy North-Reist. GrindLife Kicks Off With Mid-Day Yoga
Namaste! Grindists came together on Tuesday, June 21 for the first Mid-Day Yoga session led by author and fellow Grindist of Park/29th St, Sweta Vikram. The afternoon yoga session helped coworkers recharge and boost their productivity for the remainder of the day. Information for the next session can be found on this event page.
Dozens of Female Entrepreneurs Gather for June Breakfast
It was another successful Female Founders breakfast on Wednesday, June 22 at Grind West/Vesey! Female Grindists from all different industries came together to discuss their experiences with entrepreneurship. Stay tuned for information regarding our next breakfast in July.
